Rentals

The real estate rental market is alive and kicking in our neighborhood.  Right now I have a variety of one, two, and three bedroom apartments for rent.  I also have several luxury homes in Neponsit for rent.

The demand for apartment rentals has been good.  I have recently rented a respectable number of units, and I have had a continual flow of shoppers looking at my inventory of listings.

If you have an apartment vacancy, then you might want to give me a call.  I always do a free-of-charge credit check on the applicant for the landlord to review.  Also, I give one month free Time Warner Cable to the new tenant, as well as free installation of the cable hook-up.  Finally, I provide a lease document for the landlord and tenant to sign.  The tenant pays my very reasonable fee.  I try to make the rental process as smooth as possible.
